Rights of personal data subjects

Personal data subjects have the following rights:

  • right to information and access to personal data that are subject to processing;
  • right to correction in case of incorrect or incomplete personal data;
  • right to delete personal data (right “to be forgotten”), and if the controller has already shared the data, to ask other controllers to join such a request under certain conditions;
  • right to temporarily restrict the processing of personal data under certain conditions;
  • right to transfer personal data from one controller to another, which means that the controller provides the personal data of the entity in a form that is normally used or transfers that data to another controller at the request of the entity;
  • right to object to the processing of personal data (for a specific situation, for the purposes of direct marketing);
  • right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, in which case the entities have the right to human intervention by the controller and to express their point of view and challenge the decision;
