Tamara Slaveska Apostolovski is a lawyer from Skopje, Macedonia. She has 10+ years of experience in legal practice and legal representation before the national courts and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (ECHRt). Furthermore, she is well-experienced in legal analysis, judicial monitoring, and legal consultation in various legal fields. Moreover, she is continuously following the legislative trends, especially in the fields of data protection, just energy transition, renewable energy sources, and climate change.

She graduated from the Law Faculty „Iustinianus Primus“, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia with a score of 9.73 (of 10.00). Afterward, she started to work as a legal trainee in one of the most successful law offices in Skopje, Macedonia. Simultaneously, she enrolled in postgraduate studies on the same faculty. She finished them with a score of 10.00 (of 10.00), after successfully defending her master’s thesis on: “Compliance`s degree on Macedonian law with EU`s Secondary Law in environmental damage liability.” Afterward, she successfully passed the Bar exam and acquired Lawyer’s license No.3757.

After her graduation, she started to work as a legal trainee in one of the biggest law firms in the country. After passing the Bar exam, she continued to work in the same company as an attorney at law. Thanks to her tireless passion and perseverance, on the occasion of her employer’s 25th anniversary, she received the acknowledgment for „Lawyer with the most complicated cases in 2017“.
Later in 2019, she started her legal practice. In a very short time, her practice became recognizable for taking a creative legal approach to combating legal challenges of different kinds.
The same year she acquired a registration agent license before the Central Registry.
Starting from September 2022, she started to work as external Data Protection Officer (DPO) for a few companies in North Macedonia.

During her legal career, she has been actively cooperating with NGOs, as their external legal consultant. Namely, she has experience in working on various projects. These include implementation of the rule of law, protection of the environment, energy transition, and climate change.
Despite working with domestic NGOs, she also has experience in working with international legal institutions.
Likewise, she is quite active in public life, appearing in several national shows, including:

Hobbies
Despite her devotion to the law, she is also a great lover of nature and outdoor sports activities. Therefore, she practices yoga, kickboxing, hiking, running, and bike riding. Moreover, she has been actively participating in public sports activities, such as: „First to Top“ and „Skopje Marathon“.
