As a law office, whose focus is not only on the domestic but also the international market, we are aware that networking with various types of professionals is a prerequisite for quality, appropriate and timely legal assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Cooperation for the needs of the court and other proceedings:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

For the needs of the procedures for the protection of the rights and legal interests of our clients, we cooperate with licensed experts of the most diverse types, including in the fields of medicine, traffic\/car accidents, economy, assessment, geodesy, construction, etc.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Among other things, we cooperate with appraisers who can be engaged in the process of determining the value of the non-monetary contribution for the need of company registration<\/a>, or in the evaluation of the share value in case of status changes of a company<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also cooperate with liquidators<\/strong> and bankruptcy trustees<\/strong> for the needs of a liquidation procedure and bankruptcy procedure.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also cooperate with non-governmental organizations that work in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms, including the right to trial within a reasonable time.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Cooperation for business development and financing needs:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

To respond to the challenges faced by our business clients, we cooperate with the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia<\/a>, which organized the Program for the Development of Small and Medium Businesses<\/a>, which was successfully completed by our side in 2021\/2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also cooperate with experts regarding the preparation of project documentation for an application for access to finance from domestic and foreign funds (IPA, IPARD, USAID, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Among other things, we cooperate with licensed architects, urban planners, construction engineers, and construction companies, who can help you achieve your business goals in the field of construction<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Membership in domestic and international networks: <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

We have been members of the Macedonian Bar Association<\/a> since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have been members of the international business network Doing Business International<\/a> since 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n
